Produced from Minutolo grapes grown on our estate in Valle d’Itria. This wine is made using gentle processing, fermented at a controlled temperature of 10-12°C, and aged for 4 months in stainless steel, followed by bottle aging. It has a bright straw-yellow color and intoxicating aromas of nectarine, apple, and citrus notes. On the palate, it is fresh and full-bodied with good persistence. It pairs well with fish dishes, vegetable risottos, and fresh cheeses.
