- White wine IGT Puglia Spumante D’Alessandro Brut 12.5% vol., accompanied by olives, taralli, and focaccia barese.

- Rosé wine IGT Puglia Sangiovese Cattedrale 12.5% vol., accompanied by ricotta with pear sauce, nodini, caciocavallo, and Puglian frisellina.

- Red wine IGT Puglia Primitivo Soffio 13.5% vol., accompanied by Capocollo di Martina, sweet and spicy Puglian sausage, spianata, and bruschetta with lardo di Colonnata and chili pepper jam.

- White wine IGT Puglia Spumante D’Alessandro Brut 12.5% vol., accompanied by olives, roasted almonds, tarallini, panzerottini, and focaccia barese.

- Rosé wine IGT Puglia Sangiovese Cattedrale 12.5% vol., accompanied by ricotta with pear sauce, nodini, caciocavallo, and Puglian frisellina.

- Red wine IGT Puglia Primitivo Soffio 13.5% vol., accompanied by Capocollo di Martina, sweet and spicy Puglian sausage, spianata, and bruschetta with lardo di Colonnata and chili pepper jam, along with zucchini alla poveretta, sweet and sour pickled onions, roasted eggplants, and bell peppers.

- Red wine IGT Puglia Ardente Primitivo 16.5% vol., accompanied by almond sweets.
Minimum 6 person.The tasting is available for a group of at least 6 people, with prior reservation and a time to be agreed upon.
It is also possible to visit the winery to learn about the winemaking process for an additional cost of €2.00 per person, and to walk through our nearest vineyard plot for an additional cost of €5.00 per person.
